About the company viaCentrum
The company viaCentrum s.r.o., the sole operator of the viaTerea project, has been founded by Michal Valta in Olomouc in 2004. So far, its only activity has been publishing the real estate catalogue viaTerea. Originally, the project was known in Olomouc as "Real Estates in Olomouc". Since 2004, viaCentrum has made substantial progress, and the company has more than twelve employees today and the catalogue viaTerea is published in several regions of the Czech Republic under the common title "viaTerea - real estate catalogue".

The company viaCentrum is a Czech company without any foreign capital and an independent company in the real estate market, owned solely by Michal Valta.
Activities of the company viaCentrum s.r.o. mainly include:

- publishing the catalogue viaTerea
- distribution of the catalogue viaTerea
- creation and operation of the website www.viaterea.net
